What is the turnaround time for custom watercolors?
Processing time is currently at 2-3 weeks from time of order/photos being sent.
I would like 2 or more pets in one painting- is there a cost difference/is that possible?
Yes of course! The size for 2 pets needs to be at least 11x14 to allow me enough space to get those important little details. If you're interested in a painting with more than 2 pets, contact me and we can figure out the size that would work best.
I really want to purchase a custom watercolor, but the listing shows as out of stock. When will it be available again?
I open up a small number of custom watercolor listings about once a month but they tend to sell out very quickly. So there are two ways to be find out when those listings are available. First, be sure to follow me on Instagram (@angelalendz) as I tend to notify everyone there ahead of time with the exact date and time. Second, sign up for my newsletter- that's another place where I'll start notifying everyone.
What do you need from me in order to paint my custom piece?
A clear/high quality photo - this allows me to get as much detail as possible
2-3 additional photos (if possible) for reference
I would like to display my painting in a frame. Can you do that?
Yes, I can frame your painting for you. Prior to purchase, send me a message telling me your size preference and color, etc., and we can start our conversation from there.
Can you add text to my custom painting?
Absolutely. Prior to purchase, send me a message telling me the text you would like and we can determine the best size to make sure that it all fits and the layout looks great.
Can I share your photos on my blog/instagram/pinterest/magazine/etc?
Please ask permission first. If I do allow you permission, I do ask that you credit me in the article/caption/photo and provide proper tagging and a link back where applicable.
And under no circumstances are you allowed to use images of my work and claim them as your own or use my photos to promote your own work. I own the copyright to all photographs and content you see on this website as well as any on my social media platforms.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will only be charged sales tax if your items are being shipped to an address in Texas.
Where do you ship?
United States, Canada, most of Europe, and Australia.
What shipping provider do you use?
I will usually ship out USPS Priority for USA, USPS First Class outside the USA

I'll accept returns on a case by case basis. I put a lot of time, love, and attention to detail into each and every painting because it's what I love to do. Every work is crafted in the best way possible; but as with all handmade products, there are little quirks. The great thing about custom work is that each painting is a little different. But if you’re not happy with your item, please send me a message and let's see what we can do to make it right. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer pays all return shipping.
All items are carefully packed with care. I want the item to arrive to you in one piece! However, if something is damaged, the buyer will need to provide a photograph of damages so that a claim can be filed with shipping insurance.
